Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your access to and use of CodeFoundry, including our training library, guides, quizzes, tutorials, certifications, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform").
Last updated: July 26, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@codefoundry.org if you suspect unauthorized use.
You agree to provide accurate registration information (including a valid email address) and to keep it up to date via your Profile settings.
3. Access to Training Content
Course modules, Implementation Guides, quizzes, and tutorials are made available for your personal, non-commercial learning use. Access may be granted per-course, per-plan, or on a promotional free basis, and the scope of what is included may change from time to time as described on the Pricing page.
- Content is provided "as-is" for educational purposes and is updated periodically to reflect current tooling and best practices.
- We may add, retire, or revise individual lessons, guides, or quiz questions without prior notice, though we aim to preserve your recorded progress wherever practical.
- Downloadable materials (where offered) are licensed to you for individual study only.
4. Acceptable Use
When using the Platform you agree not to:
- Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute your account credentials or paid course content;
- Scrape, mirror, or bulk-download Platform content outside of normal browser use;
- Attempt to bypass quiz, certification, or payment logic, or otherwise misrepresent completion of a course or exam;
- Upload or transmit malicious code, or attempt to disrupt the availability of the Platform for other learners;
- Use the Live Chat or Community features to harass, spam, or impersonate other users or staff.
We may investigate suspected violations and take action ranging from a warning to account suspension, at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, guides, quiz questions, branding, and the Platform's underlying software are owned by CodeFoundry or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited learning license described in Section 3, no rights are transferred to you.
6. Certifications
Certificates issued upon completing a certification track reflect that you met the passing criteria defined for that track at the time of completion. Certificates are not accredited academic degrees and do not guarantee employment outcomes. We reserve the right to revoke a certificate obtained through fraud, cheating, or a violation of Section 4.
7. Payments & Plans
Where a course, certification, or subscription plan carries a price, the amount displayed at checkout is what you will be charged, inclusive of any taxes disclosed at that time. Currently, all published courses, certification tracks, and the self-paced plan are offered at no cost as part of our public-access promotion; pricing for any future paid offerings will always be shown clearly before purchase. Refund and billing details for any paid features are described at checkout and in your Dashboard billing section.
8. Suspension & Termination
You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time from your Profile page. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Platform, or created risk or legal exposure for us or other users.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that course content is error-free or that it will meet your specific learning or career goals.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeFoundry will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
