Accessibility Statement

1. Our Commitment

Accessibility is an ongoing part of how we build and maintain the Platform — not a one-time checklist. We review new pages and features for keyboard operability, color contrast, and screen-reader compatibility as they ship, and we treat accessibility bugs with the same priority as any other functional defect.

2. Standards We Target

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our internal benchmark across color contrast, text sizing, and navigation structure. We are not asserting full conformance on every page today, but it is the standard we design and fix issues against.

3. Accessibility Features

• Text and interface colors are drawn from a shared design-token system so contrast stays consistent across Light, Dark, and Ocean themes rather than being hand-picked per page.
• Semantic HTML headings and landmark regions (header, main, footer) are used throughout course, guide, and quiz pages to support screen-reader navigation.
• Interactive controls — quiz answers, level selectors, the account menu, and forms — are reachable and operable via keyboard, including Escape-to-close on dropdowns and modals.
• The welcome splash animation respects your operating system's "reduce motion" setting and will display statically instead of animating if that preference is enabled.
• Form fields include visible labels and inline error messaging rather than color alone to indicate a problem.

4. Known Limitations

Some third-party embedded content (such as payment provider iframes) is outside our direct control and may not meet the same standard we hold for our own pages. We track these situations and work with vendors where possible; in the meantime, our Support team can help you complete any flow that presents a barrier.
